DIY Mouthwash

Here's a few natural DIY recipes that I may have posted on here before, but have tweaked since.

My hubby and I use these daily and love them. :)

Mouthwash:

We just finished up the rest of our regular mouthwash and reused the bottle.
You fill it up with half water, half hydrogen peroxide. Shake it.
Then add about 1/4 cup of baking soda (depending on your bottle size)
More shaking. it will probably fizz at this point.
Then add about 20-25 drops of peppermint Essential Oil and shake 1 more time.
Then it's ready! It takes a few days to get used to, since we are used to sweet mouthwash and this is a kinda salty in a way.
Always shake before use! It's super cheap, and really good for your teeth! A natural whitner!
